Crustaceans are aquatic animals covered by a shell that serves as protection against attacks from other marine species. There are a large number of species of crustaceans, most of them inhabit the depths of the seas, but also of rivers and lakes.
We can identify two types of crustaceans, those with an elongated body (lobster or prawn) and those with a short body (sea crab, spider crab or barnacle). We can also classify them by whether they are found in very deep, shallow, salty waters, whether they are wild or farmed.
At PH7 we have a lot of experience working this species and we have specific solutions for the following types of crustaceans: Red prawn, white prawn, Argentine prawn, tiger prawn, vannamei prawn, black tiger prawn (monodon), Scottish Norway lobster, enlisted, crabs, among others.
