Preventive treatment of melanosis in crustaceans

As a manufacturer and distributor of antimelanotic agents, we offer highly efficient products that prevent enzymatic and catalytic oxidation. With our antimelanosis additives you can preserve the catch in an optimal state even after long periods of freezing.

These antimelanosis agents (with and without sulphites) are ideal for the preservative treatment that inhibits melanosis in all types of crustaceans. It does not modify the organoleptic characteristics of the product, it does not release any odor and it does not modify the organoleptic characteristics of the raw material. It also does not release odor and in the case of our sulfite-free solution, it does not contain any allergens.
