Crustaceans are aquatic animals covered by a shell that protects them from attack by other marine species. There are a large number of crustacean species, most of which inhabit the deep sea, but also rivers and lakes.

We can identify two types of crustaceans, those with elongated bodies (lobster, crayfish, shrimp, lobster or prawn) and those with short bodies (crab, crab, spider crab, spider crab, crab crab or barnacle). We can also classify them according to whether they are found in deep salt water, shallow water, wild or farmed.

At PH7 we have a lot of experience working with this species and we have specific solutions for the following types of crustaceans: red shrimp, white shrimp, Argentine shrimp, tiger prawn, vannamei shrimp, black tiger prawn (monodon), Scottish langoustine, crayfish, crabs, among others.
