{"id":852,"date":"2015-11-03T10:28:52","date_gmt":"2015-11-03T10:28:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ph7foodtech.com\/?p=852"},"modified":"2025-05-30T00:03:19","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T22:03:19","slug":"tratamiento-del-marisco-en-mozambique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ph7foodtech.com\/es\/blog\/tratamiento-del-marisco-en-mozambique\/","title":{"rendered":"Tratamiento del marisco en Mozambique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde Diciembre 2012 el equipo t\u00e9cnico de Ph7 Food Technology se desplaza hasta Quelimane (Mozambique), lugar donde se encuentra una flota compuesta por 10 pesqueros de arrastre, perteneciente a la CNFC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde esa fecha hasta la actualidad uno de los t\u00e9cnicos pasa en total 6 meses trabajando in situ, encima de los barcos para modificar aparte del protocolo de tratamiento con nuestros productos, todo el sistema de elaboraci\u00f3n desde que sale el marisco hasta que llega a tierra. Proporcionando un control de Calidad y mejorando considerablemente las condiciones con que llega la materia prima al cliente final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto incluye: Cursos de manipulaci\u00f3n del marisco a los marineros mozambicanos que lo trabajan, cursos a los jefes de m\u00e1quinas sobre la importancia de las temperaturas de congelaci\u00f3n en los t\u00faneles y temperaturas de almacenamiento. Cursos a Capitanes y patrones de costa sobre los puntos de control cr\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A d\u00eda de hoy se contin\u00faan haciendo revisiones peri\u00f3dicas en las que nuestros t\u00e9cnicos revisan que se est\u00e1n ejecutando todas las pautas se\u00f1aladas en anteriores viajes.
