Esta percepci\u00f3n es posiblemente fruto de a\u00f1os de abusos en su utilizaci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n de desinformaci\u00f3n y desconocimiento sobre su naturaleza, dosificaci\u00f3n, y estado de desarrollo e innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No hemos de obviar que, sin ellos, ser\u00eda imposible acceder a muchos de los alimentos que disfrutamos hoy en d\u00eda de manera habitual. Cierto es que hay una tendencia hacia el consumo de alimentos de proximidad, en la creencia de que no necesitan aditivos para su consumo seguro y saludable, pero \u00bfalguien piensa que la merluza del Cant\u00e1brico, el pulpo gallego, o el salm\u00f3n salvaje de Alaska se capturan en el Mediterr\u00e1neo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La clave para que sean aceptados como componentes esenciales y saludables para la alimentaci\u00f3n humana estriba en su desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico, invirtiendo en la investigaci\u00f3n de nuevas formulaciones para que cada vez sean m\u00e1s naturales, y personalizando las soluciones a cada caso en particular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque hemos de tener en cuenta que un pulpo no es una sepia, ni una lubina es un bogavante, y cada uno de ellos requiere de un tratamiento diferente para llegar al cliente final en condiciones \u00f3ptimas para su consumo.
