Las hamburguesas de pescado son un claro ejemplo. Este formato est\u00e1 dirigido a varios sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n. Principalmente el p\u00fablico infantil que muestran generalmente rechazo hacia los productos marinos. Las ventajas que presentan son varias: no contiene espinas, el sabor es suave y gran jugosidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En referencia a los valores nutritivos, resultar\u00eda interesante hacer una comparaci\u00f3n entre una hamburguesa de carne y otra de pescado.
