{"id":5231,"date":"2016-11-23T11:14:40","date_gmt":"2016-11-23T11:14:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ph7foodtech.com\/?p=887"},"modified":"2025-05-30T00:03:20","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T22:03:20","slug":"vannamei-tratado-con-crustaxyl-india","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ph7foodtech.com\/es\/blog\/vannamei-tratado-con-crustaxyl-india\/","title":{"rendered":"VANNAMEI TRATADO CON CRUSTAXYL (INDIA)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras el gran inter\u00e9s despertado por Crustaxyl en la reciente clausurada 20\u00aa India International Seafood Show 2016 que se celebr\u00f3 el pasado mes de septiembre en Visakhapatnam, India, el equipo t\u00e9cnico de pH7 Food Technology se ha desplazado de nuevo a la Costa Este del pa\u00eds para realizar pruebas de tratamiento de langostino \u2018Vannamei\u2019 con nuestro antimelan\u00f3sico sin sulfitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las pruebas se realizaron tanto en granja como en planta de elaboraci\u00f3n donde las muestras se sometieron a pruebas de transporte, cocci\u00f3n, almacenamiento en sala de enfriamiento as\u00ed como ensayos de congelaci\u00f3n. Mes a mes se ir\u00e1n valorando las muestras que se dejaron en congelaci\u00f3n para comprobar la eficacia del producto Crustaxyl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Queremos dar las gracias a la empresa Liberty y a todo su equipo por la entrega y predisposici\u00f3n que ofrecieron en las distintas jornadas de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
