{"id":1613,"date":"2016-11-23T11:14:40","date_gmt":"2016-11-23T10:14:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ph7foodtech.com\/blog\/vannamei-treated-with-crustaxyl-india\/"},"modified":"2025-07-10T13:31:35","modified_gmt":"2025-07-10T11:31:35","slug":"vannamei-treated-with-crustaxyl-india","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ph7foodtech.com\/en\/blog\/vannamei-treated-with-crustaxyl-india\/","title":{"rendered":"VANNAMEI TREATED WITH CRUSTAXYL (INDIA)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Following strong interest of Crustaxyl at the recently concluded 20th India International Seafood Show 2016 held last September in Visakhapatnam, India, pH7 Food Technology&#8217;s technical team has moved back to the East Coast of the country to conduct trials of shrimp &#8216;Vannamei&#8217; with our black spot inhibitor without sulfites.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tests were carried out both on the farm as well as at the processing plant (factory) where the samples were subjected to transport, firing, cooling room storage as well as freezing tests.
